Tekskills thinks that the optimal mix of onsite/offshore resources is a key strategic factor for the success of any program. Tekskills has vast experience with the Global Delivery Model (GDM) to ensure the optimal distribution of resources. With operations centers in the US and India, our flexible delivery model optimizes resources and delivery locations to best meet our customer requirements. In Tekskills’ Global Delivery Model, about 25% (ideally 20%-30%) of the work is delivered by our consultants at client premises, while 75% (ideally 70%-80%) of the effort is delivered from scalable, talent-rich, process-driven and cost competitive development center. But decisions on how and where IT solutions are delivered are made solely based on what is best for your business.

Global Delivery Model has many advantages, but there is an element of risk for product-based organizations with regard to IP and confidentiality. Tekskills understands the significance of the IP/confidentially issue and provides various measures to protect our clients technology IP including:

  • Confidentiality agreements with clients prior to engagement.
  • All off-shore employees and contractors involved in the program, are trained in IP and confidentiality requirements specific to the company and the country in which the company operates, along with the general guidelines that safe guard and protect Client IPs.

Tekskills makes Global Sourcing a smooth and seamless process, because we understand and anticipate your needs and operate diligently to meet them.
